Please note, If your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

Our Returns and Replacement Policy addresses different situations as below:

Damaged or Defective Product:

- If the parcel brought by the courier or post is damaged or tampered, please do not accept it. Should you choose to accept a damaged parcel, Admyrin undertakes no responsibility for the contents of the parcel or the condition of the product contained within.

- If the parcel received is not damaged or tampered, and yet the product contained within is either damaged or has manufacturing defect, please write to us at support@admyrin.com within 24 hours of your receiving the product with complete details and photographs of the damage / defect.

- Please note that Admyrin shall examine the returned products for all such damages / defects on the basis of the customer’s emails. Upon confirmation of the damage / defect, we may ship a replacement product. In case, the same product is no longer available, Admyrin may refund the full amount along with any courier charges charged, back to the customer.

- Please do not return any product before receiving confirmation from Admyrin. In case, any product is returned without such confirmation, Admyrin does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

All defective products along with the copy of invoice, original packing of the product and the product in the condition as received by the customer without washing shall have to be sent back to Admyrin within seven (7) working days from receiving the "written receipt of confirmation to return / refund / replace" from Admyrin.

- Shipping Charges Incurred in Returning:

While our logistics partners are available for a return pick-up for most parts of the country, there may be times when this would not be possible. In such times, you would have to return the order on your own through your own courier.

In order to return the order, kindly pack the product(s) again in the same or another bag, make a photocopy of the invoice you have received and return it back to us at your own cost through your local courier service or India Post (Speed Post). Please do mention on the invoice copy that you wish to receive the replacement of the same product. Return address is mentioned on the invoice which you have received. As soon as we receive the product back we'll be offering a voucher worth INR 150.00 as compensation against cost incurred to the customer in returning the product to us.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

Wrong Item:

This shouldn’t normally happen. However, in case, a wrong item has been delivered to you, please write to us at support@admyrin.com within 24 hours of your receiving the product. Please note that Admyrin may verify the contents with the order summary and replace the product with the one ordered. In case, the same product is no longer available, Admyrin may refund the amount back to the customer.Please do not return any product, before receiving confirmation from Admyrin. In case, any product is returned without such confirmation, Admyrin does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

All incorrectly delivered products along with the copy of invoice, original packing of the product and the product in the condition as received by the customer without using / washing shall have to be sent back to Admyrin within seven (7) working days from receiving the "written receipt of confirmation to return / refund / replace" from Admyrin.

Did Not Like The Product / Changed My Mind:

This shouldn’t normally happen. However, in case, you did not like the product or you changed your mind, please write to us at support@admyrin.com within 24 hours of your receiving the product.

All products you wish to return with the copy of invoice, original packing of the product and the product in the condition as received by the customer without using / washing shall have to be sent back to Admyrin within seven (7) working days from receiving the "written receipt of confirmation to return / refund / replace" from Admyrin.

- Shipping Charges Incurred in Returning:

In order to return the order, kindly pack the product(s) again in the same or another bag, make a photocopy of the invoice you have received and return it back to us at your own cost through your own courier.

No compensation for shipping / courier charges shall be offered to the customer in such cases

While returning the product, kindly mark the package as ‘Did Not Like The Product / Changed My Mind’.

Returns Policy for International Orders:

We are currently unable to offer any replacement / returns / refunds to International customers. Please note that any returns or replacements for International customers can be processed only under the above situations.

7-Days No-Questions-Asked Returns: For Orders Shipped to Indian Destinations Only

We follow a no-questions-asked returns policy for unstitched, unaltered products. If you are not happy with the product you purchased from us, you may request us to return the product within 7-Days of receiving it. We do not offer any returns or replacement for customized / custom stitched products.

- Please write to us at support@admyrin.com within 7 days of your receiving the product.

Please do not return any product, before receiving confirmation from Admyrin. In case, any product is returned for replacement without such confirmation, Admyrin does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

All delivered products along with the copy of invoice, original packing of the product and the product in the condition as received by the customer without using / washing shall have to be sent back to Admyrin within seven (7) working days from receiving the "written receipt of confirmation to return / refund / replace" from Admyrin.

Refund Mode and Process:

Once we receive the product(s) back and if it is determined that the amount has to be refunded, we will process the refund within 7 - 10 working days. This is the amount of time that we would typically need to process the refund. Please note that we have an internal process for refunds and refunds may not be made on the very same day, the product(s) have been received back.

If the amount was originally sent to us by means of Credit Card, we will process the credit card refund. Please bear in mind that once we process the refund, the corresponding bank may take about 5 - 7 business days from the date of Admyrin processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.

If the amount was originally paid in Cash to the delivering agency for Cash-On-Delivery orders, or by Net banking or by any other means (excluding Credit Card), we would deposit the cheque into the buyer's account.

Please note that all refunds for Cash-On-Delivery orders shall be processed on the next wednesday after the returned shipment has been delivered to us.

For B1G1 Offer: Any products that are purchased under the Buy 1 Get 1 offer cannot be returned partly and the customer will not get any cash back for the same. In case of replacements the customer would have to bear the courier charges for the replacement of the products.

Product Disclaimer:

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on our website are only approximate values.

While Admyrin shall endeavour to ensure the accuracy of order of the products, there may be variations in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric, dyes, climatic situations at the time of dying, lighting, digital photography limitations, difference in displays or any other technical or technological reasons.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind that minor variation may occur in colour, weight, handwork, size, etc. as seen on the website against the actual product received.
