  • Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
    Admyrin is primarily a Private Label company. This means, we get products manufactured as per our understanding of the market and label them. There are certain products that we whitelabel, which means, commercial off-the-shelf products, which we procure and label them.
  • Is it safe to place an order with you?
    Our shopping cart systems are based on one of the most mature and tested platforms in the market, and are constantly evolving our software and operating practices to make sure that the customer enjoys a safe and secure shopping experience. We utilize trusted payment gateways like PayPal, CCAvenue, HDFC, etc. for accepting payments, which, in turn, use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of sensitive credit / debit card transactions. We never save any of our customers' card details.
  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect or a damaged product?
    All of the products undergo a stringent quality check in the presence of video surveillance before they are packed and dispatched. We request all our customers not to accept the package if it is damaged from outside. In the rare case that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the guidelines in our Returns Policy for returning the product back.
  • What should I do if I don't like the product received?
    We follow a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns Policy on unstitched and unaltered products. This means, if you don't like the product after receiving, you may return the product for a refund or a replacement within 7 days of your receiving it. The final decision to refund or replace will be ours and it is expected that the product be unused and unaltered and in the condition as it was received by the customer.   • How will you deliver the products ordered?
    Answer: There are 3 main parts to the fulfilment of the order, each one adding up to the total time to deliver the products:
    To know the estimated dispatch time for any product, please visit the product page and look for "Estimated Shipping Time" text as indicated below.
    Stitching and other add-on services, if selected, take an additional of 5 to 7 working days.
    Depending upon where the products need to be shipped to, the logistics services have different performances. In the best case scenario, the products reach the destination within 2 to 3 working days from the day they are shipped or in the worst case scenario, the products may take up to 15 days to reach the destination.
  • What happens if the product is lost in transit?
    We ship all the products via very reliable and trusted logistics companies. However, if your product is lost in transit, we will immediately ship another product or issue a refund. In case, the products were shipped via the recipient's / customer's shipper, the responsibility and liability of the parcel lies with the customer and no refund or reshipping can be done in this case.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel the order before the shipment has been dispatched. We will not be able to cancel orders which have already shipped. In this case, you will need to request a return or choose not to accept the parcel.

  • Do you ship to my country?
    If your country is available as an option in the shipping address section when you try to place your order, yes, we ship to your country. We ship to most of the countries.
  • What payment options do I have?
    For International customers we can accept payments via PayPal for about 6 currencies and via HDFC gateway for USD. PayPal supports a number of credit cards such as Visa, AMEX, MastCard, Discover, JCB and UnionPay.
  • How can I make a payment in my local currency?

    Currenctly, we support INR (Indian Rupees), USD (US Dollars), CAD (Canadian Dollars), AUD (Australian Dollars), EUR (Euro), GBP (Great Britain Pound) and SGD (Singapore Dollars).

    However, we ship to a number of countries other than those where the above currencies are local. If your local currency is not supported, please select one of the available currencies other than INR.

    INR Processing Gateway adds an extra layer of protection via VBV or 3DS. Most International cards do not support VBV and 3DS and thus, if your card has been issued out of India, you will most likely NOT be able to complete the payment in INR. Please select any other currency that you wish.

  • Do you offer Cash-On-Delivery service in my country?
    Cash-On-Delivery is currently available only within India.
  • How much do you charge for shipping to my country?
    The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping charges based upon the product weight and dimensions. Any shipping charges displayed on the shopping cart page are only estimates and may not be accurate. The exact shipping charges will be displayed after you enter the shipping address on the Checkout page.
  • Are all taxes and duties included in the amount paid?
    Any customs or import duties or taxes are regulated and levied, if applicable, by the destination country's authorities once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and have no way to predict what this amount would be. The above mentioned charges are not included in the amount paid by you for the purchase. We suggest that you get in touch with the relevant authority in your country to understand what these charges will be for the products you receive from us.
